1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In periods of high volume or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly extended, and we will communicate any changes proactively.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping speeds depending on your location:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly from your RK Enterprises Account dashboard.
4. Damages & Issues
RK Enterprises is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please reach out to our support team if you experience any issues, and we will assist you as best as we can.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are constantly expanding, so please check back later for updates to our shipping zones.
