How do I join the Savings Club or VIP Membership?
You can join our membership tiers by navigating to the Membership tab in your account dashboard. Tiers are automatically upgraded based on your lifetime purchase volume or can be purchased directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), UPI, Paytm, Net Banking, and select Debit cards. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for premium items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log into your account and view live tracking details under the 'Order History' section.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are expanding rapidly and hope to offer international shipping soon.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Since we process shipments quickly, please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel.
